Ages 13 and up. Want to learn the basics of Rope? This class is for you! No prerequisites! Come learn foundational aerial technique and build strength, agility, and coordination in a really fun and exciting way! This takes time, however, so students should expect to take this class several times before being ready to take Rope 1. Come prepared to work hard and have fun in a supportive environment!
