Yoga for Aerialists -Cool down!


Yoga for Aerialists is designed for aerialists at any level who want to increase body awareness both on the ground and in the air, build endurance and strength, and increase range of motion and flexibility. No previous yoga experience required! The "Warm up" version of this class is great for getting your body ready for Aerial training and the "Cool down" version is a nice treat for after your last class of the night.
