At Home Fitness for Aerial


This class is intended to help train and strengthen your aerial muscles while we wait out the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to keep our climbing strength up in case the next crisis involves us needing to climb away from zombies right? Just kidding. Thought we could use a little humor. We will work with resistance bands, weights and pull-up bars as well as cover warm-ups and some stretching. Stay home ready to have fun and work hard! Please be ready to do some pulling by finding something to pull. Get creative! This can be old rope you found in the garage, an old sheet cut in two and tied together, a hose you found in the yard when the snow melted...you get the point!
