Back balances, back flags, hip key roll-ups, waist roll-ups, slow stars, and more! Students will work through spotted and unspotted progressions to build comfort in rolling pathways moving through all 4 cardinal C-shape positions. 

Prereqs: must be able to get into catcher’s safely on your own, no spinal injuries,
