Description

You’ll work active flexibility in this little 30 min stretch class with a focus on areas that affect side and middle splits. Students will move through a variety of active flexibility and mobility drills and sequences aimed at increasing range of motion in a safe and sustainable way. Whatever your starting point, you'll make progress! No prerequisites!
