Description

Active Flexibility 

Your hips, Your back, you’ll work active flexibility in this class. Students will move through a series of active flexibility and mobility drills aimed at increasing range of motion and maximal strength output in that range. This class will be geared towards hip extension, hip flexion, shoulder opening, and spinal mobility. No prerequisites!
