Aerial Conditioning

Students will build a well-rounded aerial body with this class focusing on inversions, injury prevention, pushing skills, and all types of strength and endurance needed to move well in the air. This class will benefit all levels of aerialist, and will increase total ability to train and not fatigue or lose form. No prerequisites! 

At this time we are requiring students and coaches to wear a mask while in the building including on the apparatus. Face coverings should fit snugly and cover both the mouth and nose. Students are welcome to step away from the group to take water and breathing breaks. We appreciate your support in keeping our staff and fellow students healthy during this time.
