Back balances, meathooks, spinning, oh my! This class will build on a fundamental set of straps-style skills for intermediate-advanced aerialists - students will consistently work on and review meathooks, reverse meathooks, rolling movements (roll-ups, back balances), beats, and spinning skills. Students will begin to work on sequencing as they acquire fundamental and safe technique. Students may begin working on angel and waist roll-ups. 

Prerequisites: Ability to hold plank for 30 seconds, safe inversion in the air (unspotted), comfort in a 1-arm hang (with a wrist lock or on a bar) for 10 seconds, 3 straight arm inversions, 3 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, experience practicing meathook highly recommended.
