Description

Straps 1 

Meathooks, support position, skin the cats, flares, and beats are the foundations of many movements in aerial (and straps). Students will use straps and fabric/hammock to progress their understanding of moving their body around an apparatus while hanging, spinning, and in support position (ie. Shoulder stand/roll-ups). 


Prerequisites: ability to hold plank for 30 seconds, safe inversion in the air (unspotted), no discomfort in a supported 1-arm hang
