Want to clean and solidify your inversions? This class is for you - each class will have progressive and spotted drills for students working to build strength and control through their hips, core, and shoulders to make inversions not just something you can do, but something of ease. 

Prerequisites: a desire to get your butt over your head (with 2 and 1 arm) and work hard and consistently, no discomfort in an engaged shoulder hang.
