An introduction to handstands (and movements that are built around handstands) - like cartwheels, macacos, and more. Students will work on a variety of entrances to handstand, control and shape making within them, and drills to build stamina and alignment. 

Prerequisites: no wrist injuries, ability to hold straight arm plank on ground with good form for 45 seconds.
