Description

Bump your aerial game up to the next level! Work in this class will focus on improving upper body and core strength as well as gaining aerial awareness and increasing endurance. If you are tired of struggling and ready to dominate your apparatus, come sweat it out with fellow aerialists and turn your inner monkey into a beast! Students of all levels are welcome!
