Trapeze 2: Conditioning for Trapeze


Are you level 2, 3, or 4 in Trapeze? Do you want to take your Trapeze game to the next level? This class is for you! In this creative and upbeat class, we will work together to drill form and movement along with strength building specifically needed for Trapeze skills at various levels. Exercises like pullovers, straddle inversions, beats, shoulder extensions, levers, and more will be customized to each individuals level. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and get a whole lot stronger!
