STRENGHT AND STRETCH CLASS! Have you started to hit a wall in your aerial training? Is there so much more that you want to be able to do but you’ve gotten to the point were you’re lacking either the strength or flexibility (or both) to continue to progress and grow in your aerial training? If so, come take Aerial STRENGTH AND STRETCH with Alyson! This 30 minute class is intended as a short, intense conditioning and stretching class. It will use a variety of apparatuses, but will be focused solely on building total body strength and increasing flexibility. Open to Level 3 students and higher (or with instructor permission).
