This class is for students who have mastered most if not all Trapeze 2 skills and have instructor permission and meet the prerequisites. Level 3 dives into more complicated wraps, rolls, and swings, and introduces some basic strength moves. Some skills that we will work on in this class include: 1 knee roll up, crows nest, wrapped angel, and shoulder stand. Come prepared to work hard and have fun!
Instructor permission Level 2 bent arm up down with good form (includes forward roll) (Must pull all the way up out of ball) Crucifix with good form Ankle hang with good form staying in pike holding thighs (do not open up) 10 seconds Demonstrate consistent leg engagement throughout all skills Mastery of most is not all level 2 skills
