In Hoop 2, students will work on more challenging concepts and techniques while learning new skills and sequences. This class is for students with instructor permission who have mastered most or all of the skills taught in Hoop 1. Instructor permission Pull up on side of Hoop, hold 5 seconds, and then finish with side hook mount Bent arm tuck inversion on top of hoop unassisted with pull to sit Beat to sit without help Side hook mount to sit while rotating Mastery of most if not all Hoop 1 skills
