In this class, students will work on skills such as hip key, same side stand up, big L, Rebecca Split seq, trapeze drop and more. Strength, stamina, and good form will be a focus in this class. Come prepared to work hard and have fun. An emphasis will also be placed on fabric theory and understanding "what's holding you up?" Be prepared to hang out in this class for a while before being ready to move up to level 4.
