In this class the instructor will work with beginners through intermediate level to accomplish their goals in acrobatics, hand stands, and partnering. Attention will be given to establishing a solid acrobatic foundation from which to build as well as conditioning the body with drills and progressions. Flip, roll, dive, and jump your way to fitness and fun in this exciting new class! Come prepared to work hard, have fun, learn new things, and make friends while doing it!
Must be familiar and comfortable with backward rolls, handstand forward rolls, cartwheels, and round offs. Must be comfortable kicking up to handstand on own but it's ok if you can't hold the handstand yet.
