Are you ready to bump your aerial game up to the next level? This class starts out fast and furious. We begin with high intensity conditioning-be prepared to SWEAT. Once our muscles are super warm, we transition to focused flexibility training. We will use both PFN and passive stretching techniques to gain flexibility in our hips, legs, shoulders, and back.
