This class is for students who have mastered most if not all of the skills taught in Intro to Trapeze, meet the prerequisites, and who have instructor permission. In this class we will introduce new skills and the necessary strength building drills to accomplish them. Students should expect to take the class multiple times before being ready to take Trapeze 2. Instructors will keep continuing students challenged by offering harder variations and help mastering things they already know throughout class.
Must have Instructor permission Minimum 12 weeks of Intro to Trapeze Safe bent arm straddle mount with chest through (small jump is ok but cannot grab with foot) Safe form on baby knee beats with heels consistently pressed down Safely and cleanly get to sit on bar Bent arm tuck hang from bar 5 seconds with chin above bar Bent arm tuck hang on ropes 5 seconds with hands at shoulders Safe, clean, slide to stand on their own Mastery of most if not all Trapeze Intro skills
