Do you want to play on and inside the aerial slings? Do you want to get strong and build grace and confidence while doing something fun and unique? Then this class is for you! Intro to slings is designed to help you build the necessary strength, technique, and body control to eventually take Slings 1. Students will learn and train inversions, pullovers, Gazelle, Star, and much more! This class is great for beginners. No prerequisites. However, aerial work is challenging and students should expect to repeat this class several times before being ready to take Slings 1. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and enjoy the journey!
